HIT PROJEKT Motivation and Chance

KMA e.V. began the HIT project in August of 2012 in cooperation with the local school 10. ISS. The project focuses on motivating, stabilizing and enforcing the confidence of students. The goal of this project is to support each participant's transition from school to work.

The children and youth council at Mehringplatz
At the beginning of 2012, the members of PLANquadRAT were elected by the young people of their neighborhood, and have worked here since. They meet once a week to discuss, plan and realize ideas to improve the living situation of children and teenagers in the area. Similarly, they work to find solutions to problems including the negative affects of large construction and renovation projects, neighborhood conflicts, and the lack of positive offerings for children and teenagers
